ลำโพง Bose® FreeSpace® Model 1B สำหรับ Background Music System ใช้งานร่วมกับลำโพง Bose DS16F,DS16SE,Model 32,Model 32SE และ Bose 102 Loudspeaker ได้ ซึ่งในกรณีที่ระบบใช้งานโดยไม่มี Model 1B จะตอบสนองความถี่ตั้งแต่ 80 Hz-16 Hz แต่ถ้าเพิ่ม Model 1B ก็จะสามารถเพิ่มเสียงในย่านความถี่ต่ำได้ถึง 50 Hz

The Bose® FreeSpace® Model 1B Acoustimass® module is designed to provide bass augmentation for business music systems comprised of FreeSpace® Model 8, Model 25, and Model 32 loudspeakers, the Bose 102® loudspeakers, and the FreeSpace 6 loudspeakers. When these systems are operated without bass augmentation, their frequency response is 80Hz to 16kHz. By adding the FreeSpace Model 1B Acoustimass module the bass response of these systems is extended down to 50Hz. The Model 1B module is powered by an AmPlusTM business music amplifier. All Bose business music system speakers, including the Model 1B, require active equalization which is achieved through the use of an amplifier equalization card.

  The Model 1B module has a flared port which minimizes port noise when operating at near maximum output. The port also causes the Model 1B module to have significantly more output than previous Bose Acoustimass modules.

Virtually Invisible® loudspeaker.

• Loudspeakers that do not interfere with the interior decor of the business.
  The Model 1B module features rounded edges and is smaller than the previous Bose Acoustimass module. The bass enclosure is available in professional grey or white and can be painted to match architectural and interior design. There is flexibility in placing the module in a room because the bass frequencies are not easily localizable.
